Tell the membership some about the company's background and other fun information.
"I grew up watching my mother and grandmother doing hair. It feels like this was the only role for me in life and it was all I ever wanted to do. I went to school at Paul Mitchell in 2015. After getting my license, I worked out of my grandmother's home until I was able to finally get a storefront of my own in February 2021 and Beauty Barn was born. In a year's time, I was able to expand my business and relocate to my current downtown location where I can root myself and my business in the Tecumseh Community."
Why is your company deserving of this award?:
"I believe I am in a unique position with my small business to truly connect with the people of Tecumseh. I try to bring beauty to everything around me whether it is through someone's hair or with my bright personality."
