"The Doggie Spot has been committed to contributing to the local and larger community of animal lovers since we opened our doors in 2013. Our location at 12A East Main was purposely chosen because of our owners belief in the rejuvenation of our main street community. Fun Fact #1: Our building was initially built as a grocery, and over the decades has been a health food store, clothing boutique, antique shop, Shoshones Jewelry Store and more. Fun Fact #2: We are proud to say that practically all of our retail products are "Made in The U.S.A." Fun Fact #3: The Doggie Spot has over 3,500 square feet of spacious training area.."

Why is your company deserving of this award?:

"We believe in supporting local business, rescue groups, and schools by either donating or sponsoring drives to raise money and community awareness.. In addition to offering group training classes for different ages of dogs, you will often see our therapy dogs going to Local Schools, Senior Centers and Nursing Homes to provide comfort & education to those they encounter."
